My fitness and training experience began more than 25 years ago. I have expertise in a variety of training techniques and a broad fitness background which includes martial arts, cardio vascular training, resistance training and mental training techniques. I further developed my understanding of fitness while working for the Australian Defence Force and during my career in the South Australia Police.
I have worked as a fitness specialist and personal coach within fitness clubs, private studios, rehabilitation clinics, weight loss clinics and the corporate wellness environment. I am passionate about promoting holistic health which has motivated me to work with individuals and companies alike.
My philosophy towards health and fitness is one of balance. It includes physical strength for daily life, flexibility in order to move well, correct nutrition for optimal health, and meditation for mental clarity.
My diverse qualifications include AIF Master Trainer, MMA Fitness Trainer, Punchfit Trainer, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, FISAF Certified Instructor and Rehabilitation Trainer.
